EY US celebrates ambitious entrepreneurs shaping the future of business
PHOENIX, AZ, April 22, 2026 – Jayme Ambrose, founder / CEO of Adobe Population Health, has been named a finalist for the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 Pacific Southwest Award by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). Now in its 41st year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year program celebrates the bold leaders who disrupt markets through the world’s most ground-breaking companies, revolutionizing industries and uplifting communities. The program honors entrepreneurs whose innovations drive economic growth and help shape the future of business.
An independent panel of judges selected Jayme based on their entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, company growth and lasting impact in building long-term value.
“Being named a finalist for Entrepreneur Of The Year is truly an honor. From the beginning, I’ve believed that healthcare works best when we meet people where they are and consider the full picture of what impacts their lives. It’s incredibly meaningful to see that vision reflected in the work we’re doing today.
This recognition really belongs to our team. Their compassion, creativity, and commitment are what make everything possible. I’m also grateful to our partners and the communities we serve for trusting us to be part of their care. We’re proud of the impact we’ve made and excited about what’s still ahead,” said Jayme Ambrose, founder and CEO of Adobe Population Health.
Founded in 2018, Adobe Population Health provides proactive care management. Combining proprietary risk stratification, health risk assessments, and tech-enabled care, Adobe coordinates seamlessly with primary care, addresses social determinants, improves outcomes, lowers costs, and applies the human touch to enhance both the health and overall well-being of each member. Adobe Population Health employs a technology-driven, interventional care management approach that closes care gaps, reduces costs, and improves patient engagement. From an initial team of 12 employees in a single office, the company has grown to more than 400 employees across eleven states and now serves over 400,000 lives.
Entrepreneur Of The Year honors business leaders for their ingenuity, courage and entrepreneurial spirit. The program celebrates original founders who bootstrapped their business from inception or who raised outside capital to grow their company, transformational CEOs who infused innovation into an existing organization to catapult its trajectory, and multigenerational family business leaders who reimagined a legacy business model to strengthen it for the future.
This year’s Pacific Southwest finalists represent Southern California (San Diego and Orange County), Arizona, and Nevada across all industries.
Regional award winners will be announced on June 6, 2026 during a special celebration in Orange County and will become lifetime members of an esteemed community of Entrepreneur Of The Year alumni from around the world. The winners will then be considered by the national judges for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards, which will be presented in November at the annual Strategic Growth Forum®, where high-growth CEOs, Fortune 1000 executives and investors converge to shape the future of business.
