For advancing trust in healthcare by demonstrating excellence in quality measurement
PHOENIX, AZ – July 8, 2025 — Adobe Population Health is proud to announce that they have been recognized by URAC, the nation’s most complete healthcare accreditor, as a 2024 Pioneer in the Leaders in Performance Measurement (LPM) recognition program. This prestigious honor reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, accountable care and driving performance improvement through data and measurement.
The Leaders in Performance Measurement program spotlights URAC-accredited organizations that are advancing trust in healthcare by demonstrating excellence in quality measurement. This achievement reflects Adobe’s deep investment in proactive, person-centered care that closes gaps, supports vulnerable populations, and improves health outcomes at scale.
“URAC is proud to honor Adobe Population Health as one of our 2024 pioneers in Leaders in Performance Measurement. We created these awards to highlight the impressive work of our clients in improving quality in health care,” said Eleni Theodoropoulos, URAC’s Vice President of Quality, Research and Measurement. “Congratulations to Adobe Population Health for their commitment to leadership in using data to improve care”.
